Golf Notes 10/6/24 – 16/6/24
Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 35 players play a single stableford competition. The winner was D Wall with 39 pts, runner up T Henderson with 37 pts. The ball run down went G Parker 36 pts, G Hunt, B Philp & J Gurney 34 pts, followed by K Turner, W Lovett, J Picton & R Holland with 33 pts. Pin shots were received by D Dann, G Parker, G Sharpe while D Wall & B Dover received the ladies. The Members Draw jackpotted. Next week will be a single stableford competition for The Scenic Rim Day.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 9 players play a single stableford competition, for the 4th round of the Consistency Cup. The winner was S Grace with 37 pts, runner up N Stanfield ocb with 35 pts. Pin Shots were received by N Stanfield & T Reid Pocock. This week will be a Bing, Bang, Bong competition, sponsored by R Fitzpatrick. Next week will be single stableford competition sponsored by the Fassifern Pharmacy.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters had 28 play a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition, sponsored by R Scells for the Kalbar Community Bank. The winner was D Forsyth ocb from runner up C Farnan with 27 pts. The run down went to B Brown 26 pts, T Roebig & J Picton 25 pts followed by L Vandenbrink with 23 pts. Pin shots were received W Gnech on 4, N Hooke received 8, while D Forsyth received 9. The Dugandan Dice winner was C Shannon in a toss off. This week will be sponsored by D Rhodes from Scenic Rim Pest Management playing a single stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. Next week will be sponsored by C Farnan playing a single stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.
Saturday:
Saturday was sponsored by Dave & Chantel from Boonah Bi Rite playing a single stableford competition. The winner was C Jorgensen with 43 pts, runner up J Schumacher with 41 pts, followed by B Shaw ocb from J Pfingst & T Bennett also ocb. The rundown went to P Eggenhuizen & G Philp 37 pts, B May, J Grimsey & D Wall 36 pts, followed by M Wyvill & J McGrath 35 pts and W Gnech, P Gerhardt, E Meagher, J Browning, C Wilson & J Sanderson with 34 pts. Pin shots were received by M Wyvill & J Wilson on 4/13, J McGrath & J Pfingst received 8/17 while M Titcomb & K Turner received 9/18. This week will be a single stableford competition. Next week will be a single stroke competition, sponsored by G J Walsh.

This week we have a social club using all of our buggies. No Social play will be available until they have finished their round. Ring the club to make a booking to avoid disappointment.
