Ladies
Wednesday the ladies played a stroke competition for the October Monthly Medal. The winner was J Edwards with 73 net, runner up was L Edwards with 78 net. Pin shots were received by J Baulch on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by J Edwards. The putting competition was won by J Edwards with 29 putts. This week will be a stableford competiton sponsored by J Newlove. Next week will be another stableford competition sponsored by M Zurvas.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters played a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition sponsored by B Hutchinson . The winner was M Weber with 26 pts, runner up L Vandenbrink ocb from R Cuneo & R Brooks with 25 pts. The run down continued with N Hooke & H Massan 24 pts. Pin shots were received by G Searle on 13, 17 was received by M O’Rielly while G Parker received 18. The Dice winner sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was won by J Potter. This week will be a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 sponsored by Boonah Jewellery & Gifts. Next week will be the Pub Day (remember to organize your teams), playing a stableford 10-18 only.
Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 25 players tee off playing a stableford back 9 competition. The winner was M Weber with 26 pts, runner up D Ryan with 24 pts, followed by V Riley 23 pts ocb. The run down went to A Brown 23 pts, B Brown 21 pts, B May 20 pts followed by P King, A Leary & W Martin 19 pts and M Hassan, N Hooke & C Shannon 18 pts. The pinshot were received by W Maudsley, while the Encouragement Award was received by J McAntee.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by A Heit & Friends playing a stableford/monthly mug competition. The winner & monthly mug winner was K Wilson with 46 pts, runner up J Shine ocb with 43 pts. The run down went to D Forsyth 43 pts, B May 41 pts followed by T Weatherhead & J Browning 40 pts, A Featherstone 38 pts, L Blunt 37 pts and R Eacott, P Manitta, D Mortimer & T Lynch 36 pts. Ntps were received by A Brown & J Browning on 4/13, G Buganey & J Browning received 8/17 while P Manitta received 9/18. The Pro Pin on 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf is currently held by A Brown with 1.53m, while the Pro Pin on 17 sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently held by G Lutter with 3.48m. J McGrath received the Money Pin. This week will be sponsored by the Forsyth Family as we play the K & L Forsyth Memorial.
