Veterans:
Monday the Veterans played a 2 ball Ambrose competition. The winners were M Sim & D Forsyth with 68¼, runners up were K Rhodes & C Shannon with 70¼. The ball run down went to R Stinson & D Beazley 72 net, R Humphrey & R Patrick 73¾, R Holland & W Hill 77½ followed by M Kuhnemann & M Maynard and J Edwards & T Lynch with 79¼. The Members draw jackpotted while K Kirgis & M Gray were awarded with the Encouragement Award. Tomorrow is a stableford competition. Next week will be a stroke competition.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies played a stableford competition, kindly sponsored by M Kuhnemann. The winner was K Cook with 31 pts, runner up A Brown with 29 pts ocb from B Dover, the ball run down continued with S Grace & E Meagher 27 pts followed by N Mulligan 23 pts. This was the 2nd round of the Consistency Cup.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by W Gnech playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was R Cuneo ocb from runner up K Kirgis with 26 pts. The ball run down went to R Stinson & L Vandenbrink with 25 pts followed by W Maudsley with 24 pts. Pin Shot draws went to R Holland, W Hall & A Stick. The Dugandan Dice winner was J Browning. This week the Sporters will be sponsored by R Fitzgerald playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. Next week will be sponsored by D Forsyth playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Friendly Friday:
Friday the Friendly Fridays’ played a stableford back 9 competition. The winner was K Kirgis with 20 pts, runner up J Gurney with 17 pts. M Crowther was awarded with the NAGA.
Saturday:
Saturday was sponsored by R Brooks, C Shannon, T Britton & P Leath playing a 4BBB stroke competition. The winners B Lawrance & K Milligan with 61 net, runners up were M O’Reilly & D Forsyth with 65 net. The ball run down went to W Gnech & J Gurney 66 net, C & K Wilson, S Reid & S McKenzie, W Hall & B Dover and J Browning & N Pellin 67 net, followed by P Rabbitt & G Grimsey, W Maudsley & G Lutter, G Hunt & K Rhodes, J McGrath & J Handley, P King & A Lutter, S Grace & M Kuhnemann, D Mortimer & R Eacott, S Taylor & S Francis and E Meagher & V Bird 68 net. This week will be sponsored by P Dadds, N Toohey, W Martin & R Higgs playing a single stableford/monthly mug competition. This will be a 12.30 shot gun start.
