Wednesday the sporters was sponsored by S Bennett (Boonah Business Supplies) playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner was R Scells with 43 net, runner up G Eviston with 45 net. The run down went to R Brooks 46 net, W Martin & A Featherstone 47 net, followed by N Hooke 48 net and R Fitzgerald, R Cuneo, M Bell, J Gillett, M McGarrity & S Edwards 49 net. Pin shots were received by W Martin on 13, J Potter received 17, while B May received 18. The best gross for the day went to G Eviston with 54 off the stick. The Dugandan Dice winner this week was G Searle. This week will be sponsored by J Handley playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Friendly Fridays’
Friendly Fridays’ had 17 golfers tee off playing a stroke back 9 competition. The winner was R Brooks with 28 net, runner up T Alchin 30 net followed by B Lawrance 33 net. The pin shot was received by R Brooks, while M Hassan received the NAGA. This week we will be teeing off at 3 pm. Be there at 2.45 to have your name down.
Saturday
Saturday’s competition was sponsored by Peak Pool Performance (Matty Weber) playing a stableford/monthly mug competition. The winner and monthly mug winner ocb was T Weatherhead from C Perrem with 41 pts. The run down went to W Gnech & J Gillett 40 pts, R Fitzgerald 39 pts, followed by G Maynard & V Riley 38 pts, C Wilson 37 pts, A Featherstone & C Shannon 36 pts and R Cuneo, R Brooks & M Simpson 35 pts. The ladies winner was R Featherstone with 37 pts, runner up K Cook 33 pts. Pin shots were recieved by A Gill & G Buganey on 4/13, J Comp & K Cook received 8/17, while B May received 9/18. The Pro Pin on no 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf and currently held by B May with 4.29m. The Sugarloaf Bakery Pro Pin on 17 is currently held by J Comp with .49m.
