Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner was E. Wright on a count back from runner up V. Riley with 37 pts. The run down went to B. Jones 36 pts, C. Greet 35 pts, followed by C. Shannon 34 pts and D. Yeates & A. Featherstone with 33 pts. The pin shots were received by V. Wilson on 4/13, 8/17 was received by P. Harbers while the ladies was received by K. Cook. The Encouragement Award went to R. Featherstone while V. Wilson received the members draw.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored E. Newlove & M. O’Reilly playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner was A. Holt with 42 net, runner up A. Stick with 48 net on a count back from W. Maudsley, the rundown continued with M. O’Reilly 47 net and T. Farmers & A. Featherstone with 49 net. The best gross was received by W. Maudsley with 49. Nearest the pins were received by M. Crowther on 13, L. Judson received 17, while W. Maudsley received 18. This week will be sponsored by Geoff Parker playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15.
