Wednesday saw 8 players tee off for a stroke & putting competition for Arthur Clives Trophy. The winner was J Pfingst ocb from runner up L Hooke with 74 net. M Kuhnemann had 75 net and M Maynard & J Sippel had 77 net. Others who played were E Meagher, J Baulch & J Edwards. The pinshots were received by L Hooke & J Baulch. This week will be sponsored by J Pfingst & J Briant playing a stableford competition. Next week will be a stableford competition sponsored by A Brown. This will be the 5th round of the Consistency Cup.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by J McGrath playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was D Forsyth ocb from runner up M Hassan & R Maudsley with 26 pts. The run down continued with M O’Reilly & J Handley 25 pts and M Maudsley & K Kirgis 24 pts. Pinshots were received by J Potter on 13, G Parker received 17 while M O’Reilly received 18. We had 15 players tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was P King with 22 pts, runner up R Eacott 20 pts ocb from G Philp & W Martin. The rundown continued with M Hassan & M Crowther 19 pts and J Sippel & M Schubring 18 pts. The pinshot was received by M Crowther while K Kirgis received the NAGA. Friendly Fridays will now be teeing off at 2.30.

Saturday was the All Saints Open Day playing a 2 person ambrose competition. The winners were G & C Philp with 63½, runners up T Alchin & B Lawrance 64 net, followed by P King & J McGrath 64¼. The Social winners were J Worley & S Wrigley 67¾, runners up P Newlove & G Grimsey ocb from J Grimsey & K Cartmill with 70 net. The ball run went to B May & E Meagher 66½, K Sawtell & J Beasley and G Parker & M Weber 67½, C & K Wilson and C & B Perrem 67¾, W & A Bird and S O’Connell & M Schubring 68 net, followed by W Hall & R Brooks 68½, J Yates & J McAntee and R Eacott & J Handley 69 net and L Vandenbrink & M Dickson 69½. The NAGA was received by D Gittins & S McDonald. The Accurate Drives were received by S McKenzie & J McGrath. Pin Shots were received by J Beasley on 1/10 & 5/14, K Sawtell received 2/11, C Philp 3/12, B May & T Reid Pocock received 4/13, B Lawrance received 6/15, D Mortimer received 7/16, C Perrem received 8/17 while T Alchin received 9/18.
