The Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner was K Rhodes with 42 pts, runner up was S Edwards with 39 pts. The rundown went to R Patrick 38 pts, B May & M Sim 37 pts followed by P Cooper, J Shine, J Sippel & N Hooke 35 pts and W Martin & M Hassan 34 pts. Pin shots were received by P De Beus on 4/13 while V Chrisensen & K Cook received 8/17. The Members draw was won by J Shine while the Encouragement Award was received by K Eugarde. Monday the 18th will be a Single Stableford competition with a Ladies competition if there are 6 or more ladies.

The ladies began the 2019 season with a stableford competiton for a club voucher and it was very pleasing to have a field of 15. Winner V Bird on 39 pts, and runner up was L Edwards on 38. Both girls need to check their handicap before the next competition. Other scores were J McAntee 36 pts, D Kuhnemann 35 pts, A Brown 33, M Maynard 32, J Sippel, J Bauch and E Meagher 30 pts, M Kuhnemann 28 pts, M Tress 26 pts, L Hooke 25 pts, K Cook & R Fitzpatrick 24 pts and L Rhodes 15 pts. Jo won the pin shot on 4/13 and Linda E on 8/17. For this month the hit off time will be 8 o’clock and a club trophy stableford. Good Golfing and may all your putts fall in!
