Veterans: The Veterans will return next Monday the 13th January.
Sporters: Sporters will resume this Wednesday the 8th January playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition sponsored by B Davey.
Friendly Fridays: The Friendly Fridays had 12 players tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was N Hooke with 22 pts, runner up G Eviston with 20 pts followed by V Bird with 18 pts. The ntp was won by B May while W Bird received the NAGA.
Saturday: Saturday was the Opening Day sponsored by BP Boonah playing a single stroke/monthly medal competition. The A Grade winner was J McGrath with 68 net, runner up C Perrem with 69 net ocb from P Gerhardt. B Grade and Monthly Medal winner was K Sawtell ocb from runner up R Higgs and C Wilson with 66 net ocb. C Grade winner was K Milligan with 68 net, runner up G Lutter ocb with 71 net. The ladies winner was S Reid ocb from runner up J Wilson with 68 net. The ball run down went to C Wilson 66 net, P Gerhardt 69 net, J Handley 70 net, followed by R Patrick, W Martin, K McQuilty & S Francis 71 net, P Francis & M Simmonds 72 net, D Forsyth & J McAntee 73 net, M O”Reilly & M Weber 74 net and D Marsh, D Mortimer, W Hall, K Turner & D Wall 75 net. Pin shots were received by J Browning & J Wilson on 4/13, R Higgs & D Wall received 8/17 while M Weber received 9/18.
