Wednesday the sporters was sponsored by S Pfeffer playing a stablford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was J Gillett with 28 pts, runner up J Potter with 27 pts. The run down went to N Hooke 26 pts, followed by R Fitzgerald, K Rhodes, G Eviston & R Brooks 25 pts and G Parker 24 pts. Pin shots were received by M Weber on 4, M McGarrity received 8, while R Brooks received 9. The Dugandan Dice winner this week was G Parker. This week will be sponsored by S Bennett (Boonah Business Supplies) playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. Next week will be sponsored by J Handley playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15.
Friendly Fridays
Friendly Fridays’ had 17 golfers tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was P King with 24 pts, runner up G Henderson ocb from M Hassan with 23 pts. The pin shot was received by J Lynch, while J Handley received the NAGA. This week we will be teeing off at 3 pm. Be there at 2.45 to have your name down.
Saturday
Saturday we played Boonah Furniture Courts Open Day. The Overall Winner & Monthly Medal Winner was T Alchin with 66 net. The A Grade winner was A Heit 67 net. B Grade winner was B Fahey with 71 net ocb. C Grade winner was A Jackson with 69 net. The ladies winner was M Tress with 70 net. The Social Winner was B Beasley 74 net. The run down went to B May 69 net, N Hooke & K Eugarde 70 net, followed by T Grimshaw, A Stick, & R Watkins 71 net and A Gill, S Fahey, S Francis, J Yates, T Weatherhead & D Mortimer 72 net. Pin shots were recieved by S Bailey 3/12, M Hassan & M Tress on 4/13, B Beasley received 6/15, A Stick & M Tress received 8/17, while R Watkins received 9/18. The Pro Pin on no 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf. The Sugarloaf Bakery Pro Pin on 17 is currently held by G Eviston with 4.1m. The Money Pin was received by A Gill.
