Monday the Veterans played a Stableford competition. The winner was T. Lynch with 41 pts, runner up G. Gelard 40 pts. The rundown went to R. Parnell 39 pts, M. Kuhnemann 38 pts, P. Boldeman 37 pts, followed by V. Riley, G. Sippel and B. Gelard with 35 pts. Nearest the pins were received by B. Jones 4/13, 8/17 was received by C. Greet while the ladies went to G. Gelard. The Encouragement Award was received by E. Newlove. The membership draw of $10 was received by R. Featherstone.
Wednesday Sporters
Wednesday the sporters played for Sel Pfeffers’ trophy playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was R. Cuneo with 28 pts on a count back from runner up G. Sippel. Next best were W. Hall, B. May, Simon Fahey and D. Webster all with 24 pts. Nearest the pins were received by T. Lynch on 4, A. Stick received 8, while 9 was received by G. Sippel.
