The ladies played their Monthly Medal stroke & putting competition on Wednesday. The winner with 72 net was M. Maynard, runner up J. Edwards. The putting was won by M. Maynard while both pin shots were received by A. Brown.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by J. McGrath playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner ocb was J. Handley from runner up R. Watkins with 29 pts. The run down went to G. Eviston & G. Parker 28 pts, R. Brooks, S. Edwards, & J. Potter 26 pts, followed by L. Vandenbrink & D. Webster 25 pts and B. May, R. Scells, S. Fahey, G. Searle, F. Johnson and J. McGrath all with 24 pts. Nearest the pins were received by J. McGrath on 13, W. Maudsley on 17, while S. Fahey received 18. This week will be sponsored by G J Gardner Homes playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Friendly Friday
Friday 13 players teed off for a stableford 1-9 competition. The winner was A. Holt ocb from runner up K. Reinholdsson with 23 pts, followed by R. Brooks 22 pts and K. Cook 20 pts.
