No Veterans this week as the course was only open to walkers only.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies played a stableford competition, for a club trophy. The winner was A Tomlinson with 33 pts ocb from runner up A Brown. The ball run down went to D Kuhnemann with 31 pts. The best front 9 was V Bird with 18 pts, the best back 9 was A Tomlinson with 20 pts.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by A Gill playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was J McGrath with 30 pts, runner up B Brown ocb from K Kirgis with 28 pts. The ball run down continued with B Beasley 27 pts and J Gurney & W Gnech with 24 pts. Pin Shot draws went to M Hassan, D Forsyth & R Cuneo. The Dugandan Dice winner was M Gray. This week the Sporters will be sponsored by Far Outdoors & More Boonah playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. Next week will be sponsored by W Wieland & A Stick playing a 4BBB stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.
Friendly Friday:
No Friendly Friday as the Club was closed due to the Easter Holiday.
Saturday:
Saturday we played a stableford competition for a club trophy. The winner with 37 pts was R Dewar, runner up ocb was B Beasley from P Dadds & P King. The ball run down continued with J Gurney, W Martin & W Gnech 35 pts, followed by G Parker, B Freiberg, G Philp & D Forsyth 34 pts and M Herrington, A Lutter & A Bennett 33 pts. The Ladies winner was A Brown with 36 pts, runner up K Cook with 31 pts followed by E Meagher & D Wall 30 pts. This week will be sponsored by Oppy’s Fruit & Veg playing a single stroke/monthly medal competition. Next week will be a stableford/monthly mug competition sponsored by Brad & Alba.
Sunday:
We have a Social Club teeing off at 7.30 this week, using all of the Buggies. Social play will be available after they have completed their round. Please ring the club to make a booking, or for any further details as we still have strict rules still in place due to the Carona Virus.
