Saturday we played a stableford competition for a club trophy. The winner was J. McGrath with 42 pts, runner up J. Harris with 39pts. The ball run down continued with W. Gnech 38 pts, followed by M. O’Reilly, G. Balharry and J. Buganey with 37 pts. The ladies winner we G. Buganey. Pin shots were received by A. Taylor 4/13 the ladies G. Buganey, 8/17 J. Lynch, while 9/18 was received by G. Sippel with an Eagle. T. Lynch received the Pro Pin for December sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery. The best gross for the year was received by J. Browning & B. Freiberg with 69, while the best net was received by B. Hutchinson & M. McGarrity with 61 net. Opening Day is January 12th sponsored by Dovers with prizes for winners and runners up in each grade A. B. C & Ladies, with pin shots on all holes. This week is a 2 ball ambrose for a club trophy.
