Friendly Fridays’
Friendly Fridays’ had 16 golfers tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was R Wilkie with 23 pts ocb from runner up G Eviston, followed by P King with 20 pts. The pin shot was received C Shannon while the NAGA went to P Cooper ocb. Summer times have now kicked so we will be teeing off at 3 pm. Be there at 2.45 to have your name down.
Saturday
Saturday’s competition was sponsored by Pro Steam playing a stroke/monthly medal competition. The winner and monthly medal winner was P Dadds with 67 net, runner up D Tompson with 70 net. The run down went to J Comp 71 net, J McGrath & G Philp 73 net, followed by S Edwards, M McGarrity, G Parker, D Pearson & V Riley 74 net and G Balharry, S Fahey & B Freiberg 75 net. The Ladies winner was J Baulch with 77 net. Pin shots were received by R Cuneo & K Turner on 4/13, J Browning & M Tress received 8/17, while G Balharry received 9/18. We have a social club teeing off at 7 am. Ring the club for further details. The Challenge Pennants played Karana Downs at Laidley on Sunday and lost 2-3. Thanks to the guys who stepped up today so that we had a team to compete.
