Last Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 35 pts was K. Cook, runner up was D. Yeates with 34 pts. The rundown went to G. Sippel 33 pts, E. Newlove & V. Riley 29 pts. H Ntp’s were received by A. Featherstone on 4/13, 8/17 was received by J. Arthur, while the ladies was received by K. Cook. The Encouragement Award went to J. Edwards. The Members Draw number 20 Jackpotted.
Wednesday Sporters
Last Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Boonah Tyre Service playing a Stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner with 29 pts was M. McGarrity, runner up G. Sippel on a count back from F. Johnson, B. Davey & T. Farmers, all had 25 pts. The rundown continued with T. Lynch, R. Brooks & P. Ward all with 24 pts. Nearest the pins were received by T. Lynch on 13, Simon Fahey on 17, while 18 was received by R. Cuneo. Simon Fahey also had an Eagle on hole number 12. This week will be a stroke competition sponsored by Gary Sorenson playing 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Next week will be sponsored by Joe McGrath playing a stableford competition 10-18 + 1, 5&6.
