Wednesday Sporters
Last Wednesday the Sporters were sponsored by Kalbar Real Estate, The winner with 29 pts on a count back was D. Forsyth with the runner up being B. Wales. The Run Down went to E. Newlove & J. Dover with 28 pts, T. Richardson & G. Parker 26 pts, followed by W. Hall & M. O’Reilly 25 pts and A. Featherstone & M. Crowther with 24 pts. The ntp’s were received by A. Featherstone on 4, D. Forsyth on 8/17 while 9/18 was received by J. Browning. This week is John Maynards Trophy another Stableford 10-18 + 7-9. Next week will be John Allen Memorial Trophy (R. Scells) and will be a stroke 1-9 + 16-18 event.
Friendly Fridays
Friday we had 11 players playing a stableford 10-18 competition. The winner was J. Pearce with 22 pts, runner up A. Featherstone 21 pts followed by V. Riley with 20 pts and B. Jones with 19 pts. Starting time is 3pm, look forward to seeing you all then!
Saturday
Last Saturday was a Club Trophy for a 2 Ball Ambrose. The winners with 63 net were M. Christensen & W. Draheim, runners up were G. Benstead & V. Christensen with 63 ¼, next best were W. Jackson & K. Luck, A. Bennett & B. Freiberg all with 63 ¾, A. Featherstone & G. Sippel 64 net, followed by A. Smith & B. Bennett 64 ¾, G. Balharry & G. Kitchen 65 ¼, T. Domjahn & I. Kemp 66 net, M. Gnech & B. May 67 ¼ and W. Hall & G. Parker with 67 ¾. The ntp’s were received by G. Balharry on 4/13 while the ladies was received by K. Cook, 8/17 was received by J. Shine and 9/18 was received by V. Riley. The Pro Pin sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently being held by J. Shine with 2.2m. The Voucher winner was by L. Vandenbrink. This week is our Opening Day sponsored by Dover & Sons which is a Stroke Monthly Medal. The following week is Ray Drapers’ Trophy. Timesheets are our now.
