Ladies
We thank Jo McAntee for sponsoring last Wednesday’s stableford competition and we welcomed two new ladies. Jill Pfingst and Jenny Bryant have joined us and Jenny was the winner with 36 points. Margaret Kuhnemann was runner-up on the countback from her twin sister Maureen Maynard and Anne Brown who both had 34 points. Other scores were Jan Edwards and Ellen Maegher 32, Jo McAntee 30, Meryl Tress and Jill Pfingst 28, Fran Licciardo collected a ball for the 9 hole players and Lesley Rhodes also played 9 holes. Pin shot on 4/13 went to Jan Edwards, 8/17 to Meryl. Sunday was the club foursomes championships and the results will be in the Sundays Results. Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Scenic Rim Pest Management (D Rhodes) playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was D Webster with 30 pts, runner up M O’Reilly with 28 pts. The run down went to M Maudsley 27 pts, D Forsyth 26 pts followed by W Hall, J McGrath & W Martin 25 pts and J Handley & R Brooks 24 pts. Pin shots were received by M Maudsley on 4, G Gray received 8 while B Davey received 9. The Dugandan Dice sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was received by D Forsyth. Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 24 players tee off playing a stableford back 9 competition. The winner was J Handley with 22 pts, runner up P Cooper with 21 pts. The run down went to L Rhodes, R Eacott, J Pfingst & G Eviston with 20 pts, followed by K Rhodes, M Crowther & G Philp 19 pts and P King 18 pts. The Pin shot was received by J Pfingst while B May received the NAGA.

Saturday we played the Keith & Sheila Bartholomew Memorial, sponsored by the Bartholomew family playing a stableford competition. The winner was R Maudsley with 40 pts, runner up M Gnech ocb from V Riley & C Shannon with 39 pts. The run down continued with J Handley, J McGrath & A Heit with 38 pts, B May & K Wilson 37 pts, S Riley, D Gittins, K Rhodes, D Forsyth, G Lutter, M Weber & G Philp 36 pts followed by D Mortimer, & R Fitzgerald 35 pts and D Ryan, R Brooks, M O’Reilly, T Weatherhead & L Blunt with 34 pts. The ladies winner was M Tress with 35 pts, runner up Z Eviston ocb with 32 pts. Pin shots were received by R Humphrey & A Brown on 4/13, W Maudsley & Z Eviston received 8/17 while A Heit received 9/18. We played the Mens & Ladies Foursome Championships. This is a team on 2 playing 27 holes. The Mens winners were B May & W Gnech with 122, Runners Up were S Fahey & B Gotke with 125. The Net winners were S Edwards & T Lynch with 109 net. Runners Up were B May & W Gnech with 110. Ladies winners were K Turner & D Wall with 127, Runners Up were A Brown & A Leary with 133. The Net winners were J Edwards & K Cook with 109, Runners Up were M Kuhnemann & M Maynard with 117 net.
