Wednesday the Ladies had a field of 11 players tee off for a stableford competition sponsored by Alison Leary. Thanks Alison for your continued support. The winner was M Kuhnemann with 36 pts, runner up V Bird with 36 pts. Others who played were J Briant, J Edwards, D Kuhnemann, K Cook, M Maynard, J McAntee, J Pfingst, L Hooke & J Sippel. Pin shots were received by Margaret & Jill. This week will be a stableford competition sponsored L Rhodes playing a stableford competition. Next week is a stroke & putting competition for Monthly Medal sponsored by Fassifern Pharmacy. This will be the 4th round of WGQ Brooch and the 3rd round of International Bowl competitions. The timesheet is now out for the Ladies Foursomes to be held on Sunday.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Kalbar & District Community Bank (R Scells) playing a 4BBB stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winners were J McGrath & R Maudsley with 29 pts, runners up R Cuneo & R Wilkie with 28 pts. The run down went to M O’Reilly & G Lutter 27 pts, J Gillett & N Hooke 26 pts followed by L Vandenbrink & G Searle and M Maudsley & J Potter 25 pts and W Hall & G Parker and G Ball & A Stick 24 pts, J McGrath was on fire receiving both 13 & 17 pinshots while R Cuneo received 18. The Dugie dice winner was M Hassan. This week will be sponsored by Dale Rhodes from Scenic Rim Pest Control playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. Next week will be sponsored by H Gwynne playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Friendly Friday
Friendly Friday played a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was R Brooks ocb from M Weber with 24 pts, followed by T Lynch 21 pts. The ball run down went to K Rhodes 19 pts, J Handley & G Hendersen 18 pts. The pinshot was received by G Eviston while L Rhodes received the NAGA. Friendly Fridays will now be teeing off at 2.30. This week will be a stroke competition for Big Money Day.

Saturday was sponsored by the Tick Talk Travelling. The winner was K Wilson with 40 pts, runner up S Riley ocb from J McGrath with 39 pts. The rundown continued with R Brooks, J Brownig & D Gittins 37 pts, J Yates 36 pts, followed by S Fahey, P King & M Schubring 35 pts, D Forsyth 34 pts and B Beasley, M Weber, B Gotke, A Gill & G Lutter 33 pts. The ladies winner was J McAntee with 37 pts, runner up D Wall 34 pts. Pin Shots were received by J McAntee & K Wilson on 4/13, K Turner & R Brooks received 8/17 while B Davey received 9/18. Sunday we are playing the Mens & Ladies Foursome Championships. You will be able to play 9 holes if teeing off before 7.30 or will have to wait until around 2 pm, after the last group have commenced their 19th hole, as we will be playing 27 holes. Ring the club for further details.
