Ladies
The ladies played a Monthly Medal stroke/putting competition. This was the last round of the WGQ Brooch. The winner was A Leary from runner up J Baulch with 77 net. Pin shots were received by A Brown on 4/13 while M Tress received 8/17. Thanks to the Australian Hotel for their continued support. This Wednesday will be a stableford competition for a club trophy. Our Open Day on Thursday went very well with visitors from Sandy Gallop, Rosewood, Gailes, Laidley, Ipswich, Stanthorpe, Tamborine Mt., Pacific & Mt Warren Park. Thanks to everyone who supported the day. Next Wednesday will be a stableford for L Hookes’ Trophy. The Darvall Cup will be on this week-end.

Friendly Fridays’
Friendly Fridays’ had 18 players tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was M Weber with 24 pts, runner up L Edwards 21 pts, followed by P Cooper & K Rhodes 20 pts. The run down continued with R Fitzgerald & P King 19 pts & S Edwards 18 pts. The pinshot was received by B Brown. The Encouragement Award went to L Rhodes.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by B, C & G Philp playing a stableford/monthly mug competition. The A Grade winner & Monthly Mug winner was N Toohey with 39 pts, runner up was T Alchin with 37 pts. B Grade winner was S O’Connell with 37 pts, runner up M Hassan 36 pts. C Grade winner was J Gillett 38 pts, runner up J Buganey 36 pts. The run down went to G Balharry, W Gnech & J Browning 35 pts, followed by B Brown, G Parker, S Bailey, S Francis & M Weber 34 pts.
