Monday Boonah Veterans
Last week seen our veterans play a single Stableford event and the winner for the day was Elwyn Newlove with 40 points and the runner up was Mark Crowther on a count back of 37 points following in the rundown were C Greet with 37 points, A Featherstone had 36 points, D Yeates and J Potter each had 34 points and completing the rundown with 33 points each were R Brooks and C Shannon. The NTP on 4/13 was received by R Parnell, the ladies NTP on 8/17 was received by K Cook and the mens NTP on 8/17 was received by M Crowther. Lloyd Brasington received the encouragement award for the day.
Wednesday Sporters
Last week we played a 2BBB Stableford Event for A Stick and W Weiland’s TTrophy Day and the winners for the day were J Potter and T Moller winning on a count back of 30 points and the runners up were L Vandenbrink and M McGarrity having 30 points, R Cuneo and G Parker had 28 points and L Vandenbrink and A Stick had 28 points also. The NTP on number 13 was received by D Webster, the NTP on 8/17 was received by D Webster and the NTP on 9/18 was received by L Vandenbrink. This week we will play a single stroke 1-9 event for Hal Gwynne’s trophy day.

Saturday
Easter Saturday we had a single Stableford competition for a club trophy, the winner on a countback was Mick McGaritty, with 41pts, runner up was Ray Humphrey also with 41pts. The rundown consisted of Murray Simpson, Paul Ledlie, Joe McGrath and Tim Gnech all having 40pts, next was John Comp 39pts, John Handley 38pts, Vic Riley and Tony Richardson both had 37pts and finishing the run down was Max Surawski, Gordy Philp and Bruce May all having 36pts. The ladies winner was Kris Cook. The mens NTP on 4/13 was received by J Handley, 8/17 was received by M Simpson and 9/18 was received by J Brigginshaw. This week is the Anzac Cup, mens A,B and C Grade and Ladies winner and runner up, sponsored by the Kooralbyn Boyz, and the next week is Cap Bruckner’s Memorial single stroke, monthly medal event.
