Ladies
Wednesday the ladies played a stableford competition. The winner was L. Gurnett with 36 pts, runner up Z. Eviston 31 pts. The ntps were received by J. Baulch on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by A. Brown. Wednesday will be another stableford competition.
Wednesday Sporters
Wednesday was sponsored by John Handley playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner with 43&2/3 was R. Brooks, runner up R. Cuneo with 45&2/3. The run down went to T. Lynch and P. Ward with 47&1/3, followed by G. Eviston and Simon Fahey 48 net, J. McGrath 48&1/3, R. Maudsley 48&2/3 and A. Stick with 49 net. Nearest the pins were received by J. McGrath on 4, R. Brooks received 8, while 9 was received by R. Cuneo. The best gross for the day was received by R. Cuneo with 51. Wednesday will be sponsored by T. Lynch playing an 18 hole stableford competition, Shot Gun start at 1 pm. Next Wednesday will be a Stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery.
Friendly Fridays
We had 7 players on Friday with the winner being G. Eviston 33 net, runner up B. Jones 34 net, followed by T. Lynch & Simon Fahey 36 net. Nearest the pin was received by Simon Fahey. Tee off time is now 3pm. For a good afternoon, come along to Friendly Fridays. All welcome $2 a game for members.
Saturday
Saturday we played the Boonah Furniture Court Open Day. The Overall Winner was J. Dover on a count back with 43 pts. The A Grade winner was A. Heit 42 pts, runner up T. Lynch 40 pts, B. Grade winner was J. Bonk 39 pts, runner up S. Bennet 39 pts, C. Grade winner was G. Eviston 43 pts, runner up J. Buganey 39 pts. Ladies winner was Z. Eviston 36 pts, runner up L. Edwards 34 pts. The Social winner was J. Beasley, runner up M. Murray. Pins shots were received by B. Gotke 3/12, B. Brown 4/13, ladies 4/13 A. Brown, 6/15 B. Freiberg, 8/17 G. Balharry, ladies K. Cook, and 9/18 Simon Fahey. The pro pin sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently held by G. Balharry .87 metres. Saturday is the K & L Forsyth Memorial sponsored by the Forsyth Family (A, B C Grade winners and runners up plus Ladies winner and runner up). Next Saturday will be G & W. Lutter Trophy, this will be the Monthly Medal for October, with the Ambulance Open Day on 13th October.
