Monday Boonah Veterans
Last Monday veterans played a single Stableford event and the winner for the day was Glen Sippel having 42 points and the runner up was Ailsa Henderson having 40 points following in the rundown were R Brooks on 38 points, C Greet had 36 points and completing the rundown on 34 points each were D Yeates, K Cook, M Surawski, V Riley and R Featherstone. The NTP on 4/13 was received by A Featherstone, the ladies NTP on 8/17 was received by K Cook and the mens NTP on 8/17 was received by C Greet. The encouragement award went to Lloyd Brasington, well done!
Wednesday Sporters
Last Wednesday Geoff Parker held a single Stableford 10-18+7-9 event for his golf day and the winner for the afternoon was John Maynard having 27 points and the runner up was Glen Sippel having 25 points following in the rundown were D Mortimer, M McGarrity and R Brooks each finishing up with 24 points each. The NTP on 13 was received by D Webster, 8/17 was received by L Roberts, and 9/18 was received by W Hall. This week we play for Boonah Tyre Services playing a single Stableford 1-9+16-18 event and the following week we play for Gary Sorensens trophy day playing a single stroke 10-18+7-9 event. Don’t forget Kellie is holding her UGLY Bartender Golf Day this Saturday, you can’t help Kellie if you are not there!
Friendly Fridays
The Friday Friendly crew had 8 players playing a single Stsbleford 10-18 and the winner for the afternoon was Mark Crowther having 24 points and the runner up was Mick McGarrity having 20 points following in the rundown were V Riley having 18 points, A Featherstone and B Jones each having 16 points.Tee off time is 2.30pm, bring a friend anyone welcome to play.
Saturday
Last Saturday seen a single stroke event for a club trophy day. The mens winner for the day was Steve Edwards having 64 nett and the runner up was Brian Bennett having 65 nett following in the rundown were P Ledlie with 66 nett, R Humphrey and N Toohey each having 67 nett, I Kemp and J Buganey each had 68 nett, P Dadds had 69 nett, B Beasley, D Hughes and D Forsyth each had 70 nett, R Philp, W Gnech and W Draheim each had 71 nett and completing the mens rundown with 72 nett were B May, A Browning and G Ball. The ladies winner for the day was Celeste Mitchell having 70 nett and the runner up was Linda Edwards having 71 nett followed by G Buganey with 73 nett. The ladies NTP on 4/13 was received by K Cook, the mens NTP on 4/13 was received by C Philp, 8/17 was received by B Philp and 9/18 was received by B Beasley. This Saturday is the U.G.L.Y Bartender Golf Day, PLEASE HELP Kellie raise money for Leukaemia, there will be two drinks stations out on course, BBQ for all players and please feel free to bring along partners and family for a BBQ at the end of the day also. An auction of a signed cricket bat from the 2011 Qld Bulls team and a signed football from the Brisbane Broncos will be up for grabs at 6pm that evening, all bidders welcome to join in. All money raised on the day will be going to the Leukaemia Foundation.

Chookies tee off before 7am only as we have a social group teeing off at 7am out for the morning or take advantage of our cheap Sunday afternoon deal, must call to book.
