Boonah Vets’ played an 18 hole Stableford on Monday which was won by N.Casey on 43 pts. Linda Edwards on 39 was runner-up followed by M.Hassan 37. The ball run-down was A.Stick, P.Cooper 36, G.Henderson 35, K.Rhodes 34, A.Featherstone, J.Pearce 33, M.Maynard 32 and J.Potter, K.Cook and C.Shannon 31. NTP’s went to M.Hassan and M.Maynard (4/13) and J.Pearce and K.Cook (8/17). L. Rhodes claimed the encouragement award and the Members’ draw was a jackpot.

Wednesday Sporters played a 2Ball Ambrose for trophies donated by AIS Insurance Brokers. The winners were S.Fahey and M.Weber on 45, closely followed by G.Eviston and B.Hutchinson with 45 & ¼. The ball run-down was W.Maudsley and F.Johnson 46, G. Shrimpton and T.Crowley 46, R.Cuneo and G.Parker 47, D.Forsyth and B.Brown 48, R.Brooks and M.Crowther 48. The Dugandan Dice was won by Rob Cuneo. Pin shots went to G.Shrimpton (13) and R.Cuneo (18). This week is a stableford on 1-9 +10,14,15 sponsored by Fassifern Quality Butchers. The following week will be a 4Ball aggregate stroke sponsored by A.Hertweck and G.Searle.
Friendly Fridays
17 players braved the wind to play a stableford over 1-9. Winner was R Brooks 26. Runner-up Simon Fahey 23 then Kris Cook 21. Simon also won the nearest the pin. Next week is a stroke 1-9 for BIG MONEY.
