Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 35 players play a single stroke competition. The winner was T Russell with 70 net, runner up was M Kuhnemann with 71 net. The ball run went D Forsyth 72 net, S Dennis 73 net, J Gurney & M Gray 74 net, followed by G Hunt & L Blunt 75 net, G Philp 76 net and R Stinson 77 net. Pin shots went to B Brown & A Swift for the men while E Meagher & S Kopelke received the ladies. The Encouragement award went to L Vandenbrink, while the members draw jackpotted. Next week will be a stableford competition.
Ladies:
The Ladies played a stableford competition for a club trophy, on Wednesday. The winner was S Grace with 29 pts, runner up A Brown with 27 pts. The ball run down went to A Tomlinson with 26 pts. The pin shots were won by A Brown. This week will be another stableford competition for a club trophy.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by M O’Reilly playing a stableford 10-18+ 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was W Wieland with 31 pts, runner up was W Hall with 25 pts. The ball run down went to R Scells & M Hassan with 24 pts. Pin shots were received by D Forsyth on 13, while Arthur & Allen Skinner received 17 & 18. The Dugandan Dice winner was R Cuneo with 5 Aces. This week will be sponsored by The Dover Family for the Joe Dover Memorial playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. Saturday:
Saturday we played a 4 Ball Ambrose competition, for a club trophy. The winners were C & J Wilson and D & A Tomlinson with 56.37, runners up were S Lutter, R Southwell, L Stokes & B Davey with 58.75. The ball run down went to B & A Gotke, J Miles & C Bell, G & C Philp, B May & M Gnech, A T & S Bennett and B Frieberg, G Sellick, G Clark, A Leary & R Humphrey and A Parker, K Sawtell, B Lawrance & S Bailey. Pin Shots were received by J Browning on 4/13, G Parker received 8/17 while L Stokes received 9/18. This week will be a single stableford competition, sponsored by Tony Hollands Funerals. This will be a 12.30 shot gun start. Next week will be a single stroke/monthly medal competition sponsored by G J Walsh & Co. This will be the 1st round of the Bi Rite Challenge.
Sunday: This week we have a Social Club, teeing off at 7.30 using all the buggies. Social play will be available after they have finished their game. Ring the club to make a booking or for any further details.
