Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 34 pts was A. Featherstone, runner up P. Cooper 33 pts. The rundown went to T. Lynch & E. Newlove 32 pts and C. Greet with 31 pts. Nearest the pins were received by J. Potter on 4/13 while 8/17 were received by G. Sorenson & K. Cook. The Encouragement Award was received by B. Jones and the Members Draw was won by T. Lynch.
Ladies
Wednesday the ladies was sponsored by Clair Wieland playing a stableford competition. The winner was Z. Eviston with 34 pts, runner up K. Cook with 31 pts. Wednesday will be sponsored by D. Vaughan playing a stableford competition.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by J. Potter playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner with 43 net was A. Wieland, runner up Simon Fahey with 46 net. The run down went to M. O’Reilly, R. Brooks, B. Hutchinson and A. Featherstone all with 48 net, followed by G. Parker, F. Johnson and J. McGrath with 49 net. Nearest the pins were received by G. Eviston 4, W. Maudsley 8 while S. Fahey received 9. The best gross for the day was S. Fahey with 51. This week will be sponsored by Mick McGarrity playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. Next week will be sponsored by Wayne Gnech. This will be an 18 hole stableford competition with a 1 pm Shotgun start.
Friendly Friday
Friday the Friendly Fridays’ had 14 players playing a stableford 1-9 competition. The winner was R. Brooks with 20 pts, runner up K. Reinholdson 19 pts, followed by B. Jones & M. Crowther 18 pts.
