Veterans
Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 40 pts was M Sim, runner up L Edwards 39 pts. The run down went to P Cooper 38 pts, V Riley, A Jackson & V Wilson 36 pts, followed by J Shine with 35 pts. The pinshots were received by V Wilson & L Edwards on 4/13 while M Sim received 8/17.
Ladies
Wednesday the ladies played a stableford competiton . The winner was J Edwards with 37 pts, runner up was G Buganey with 34 pts. Both pin shots were received by J McAntee. Thanks to the Australian Hotel for your continued sponsorship. This week will be a sponsored by M Zurvas. Next week will be another stableford competition for a club trophy.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters played a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 sponsored by Boonah Jewellery & Gifts. The winner was G Miller with 27 pts, runner up R Brooks ocb from visitor L Forsyth with 26 pts. The run down continued with M Crowther, M O’Reilly R Cuneo & M Hassan 25 pts, followed by D Forsyth & L Vandenbrink 24 pts. Pin shots were received by W Hall on 4, 8 was received by B May while M Hassan received 9. The Dice winner sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was won by R Maudsley. This week will be the Pub Day (remember to organize your teams), playing a stableford 10-18 only. Next week will Boonah Mitre 10 Hardware playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15.
Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 22 players tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was G Henderson with 23 pts, runner up R Brooks with 22 pts, followed by M Weber with 21 pts ocb. The run down went to T Alchin 21 pts. S Riley, A Stick & L Forsyth 20 pts followed by V Christensen 19 pts and J Nunan 18 pts. The pinshot was received by V Christensen, while the Encouragement Award was received by P Cooper.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by the Forsyth Family as we played the K & L Forsyth Memorial. The Overall winner was W Gnech with 67 net. The A Grade winner was S Fahey with 68 net, runner up G Eviston 70 net ocb. B Grade winner was M Hassan with 68 net, runner up J Buganey 70 net. C Grade winner was V Riley 69 net, runner up G Ball 70 net. The Ladies winner was K Cook 73 net, runner up A Brown 74 net. The rundown went to G Parker 70 net, V Christensen & L Blunt 71 net, K Wilson, S Francis & B Philp 73 net, followed by G Lutter & W Hall 74 net and P King, S Edwards, D Bond & G Philp 75 net. Ntps were received by L Edwards & S Fahey on 4/13, J McAntee & G Clarke received 8/17 while W Gnech received 9/18. Sunday
We have a Social Club teeing off at 7 am on Sunday with the Pennants starting at 9 am. Social play will be available in the afternoon after they have completed their 1st 9 holes. No buggies will be available until they have finished playing. Ring the club for further details.
