Monday Boonah Veterans
Last week Veterans played a single Stableford event the winner for the day was Vern Wilson having 44 points and the runnerup was Mark Crowther having 42 points following in the rundown were D Yeates and V Riley each having 40 points, P Cooper had 38 points, A Featherstone had 37 points and B Jones, C Greet and K Cook each finished up with 36 points each. The NTP on 4/13 was received by K Cook, the mens NTP on 8/17 was received by A Featherstone and the ladies NTP on 8/17 was received by K Cook. M Maynard received the encouragement award for the day.
Wednesday Sporters
Last Wednesday Wayne Gnech held a single Stableford 1-9+16-18 event for his trophy day the winner for the day was Murray O’Reilly having 29 points the runner up being Fred Johnson with 28 points following in the rundown were J Potter with 28 points, R Scells and G Sippel each had 27 points, R Cuneo and W Hall each had 26 points, G Parker and A Stick each had 25 points and L Vandenbrink had 24 points. The NTP on number 4 was received by G Parker, 8/17 was received by G Sippel and 9/18 was received by G Parker. This week we play a single Stableford 10-18+7-9 for Aaron Gill’s trophy day and the following week we play a single Stableford 1-9+16-18 for David Mortimer Tiling trophy day.
Friendly Fridays
Ten played a single stableford 10-18 event in the Friday Friendly Club last week. The winner for the afternoon was A Featherstone having 26 points the runner up being V Wilson having 20 points followed by M Crowther and M McGarrity each having 19 points. Tee off time is 2.30pm. See you all then, all welcome to play!
Saturday
Last Saturday Dr. David Yeates held a single Stableford event for his trophy day. Thanks David! The winner for the day was David Mortimer having 44 points and the runner up was Joe McGrath having 42 points. Following in the rundown were B Hoskin, W Gnech, G Parker, W Hall, W Maudsley and B May each having 41 points, B Gotke, J Lynch, S Fahey and P Manitta each had 40 points, I Kemp and A Browning each had 39 points, S Francis, J Buganey and B Beasley each had 38 points, M Smith had 37 points and G Schmidt and F Johnson each had 36 points. The ladies NTP on 4/13 was received by D Wall, the mens NTP on 4/13 was received by G Sippel, NTP on 8/17 was received by S Edwards and NTP on 9/18 was received by M Balzer. The following two weekends we play our mens and ladies club championships for 2011, all the best to everyone. We also have timesheets out for the 23rd of April as a club trophy playing a single Stableford event and the 30th April will be the Anzac Cup, mens A,B and C Grade and Ladies winner and runner up, sponsored by the Kooralbyn Boyz.
