Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 31 players play a stableford competition. The winner was R Lawrie ocb from runner up R Stinson & D Beazley with 37 pts. The ball run continued with B Brown, R Holland & W Hill 35 pts M Panzram & L Blunt 34 pts followed by G Hunt 33 pts and M Gray, S Dennis & A Swift 32 pts. Pin shots went to C Petroholis & L Blunt for the men while L Edwards received the ladies. The Encouragement award went to T Richardson, while the members draw jackpotted. Next week will be a stableford competition.
Ladies:
The Ladies now play a 9 hole competition from Wednesday morning to Tuesday afternoon. You can play as many times during the week just pay at the bar before you start and register for the competition in the book in the Ladies Room. The 18 hole competitions start in February.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by R Scells for the John Allen Memorial playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was G Hunt with 28 pts, runner up was R Stinson ocb from G Lutter with 25 pts, followed by G Eviston with 24 pts. Pin Shots went to G Hunt on 13, while B Beasley received both 17 & 18. The Dugandan Dice winner was M Hassan with 5 Queens. This week will be sponsored by L Van DenBrink playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. This will be on Wednesday as it is a Public Holiday. Next week will be sponsored by G Hunt & T Russell playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Saturday:
Saturday we played a single stableford/monthly mug competition, sponsored by The Boonah Girls. The A Grade winner was J Peck ocb from runner up and Monthly Mug winner A Bennett with 37 pts. B Grade winner was W Martin ocb from runner up S Francis with 37 pts. C Grade winner was I Pocock with 37 pts, runner up S Edwards with 35 pts. The Ladies winner was S Grace with 37 pts, runner up M Kuhnemann with 36 pts. The ball run down went to G Maynard & T Gnech with 36 pts, A Gill, D Mortimer & J Gurney 35 pts followed by G Clark, K Turner, W Hill, B Freiberg, J Haigh & L Blunt with 34 pts and J Wilson, S Bennett, G Philp, A lutter, J Grimsey & M Dickson with 33 pts. Pin Shots were received by I Pocock & T Reid Pocock on 4/13, K Turner & W Martin received 8/17 while J Wilson received 9/18. This week will be a Club Trophy playing a stableford competition. Next week will sponsored by Boonah Real Estate playing a single stroke/monthly medal and the OOM for the Moreton District.
