Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 23 players tee off for a stableford competition. The winner was G Philp with 38 pts, runner up was D Beazley with 37 pts. The ball run down went to K Sawtell & W Hill 36 pts, M Gray 35 pts followed by T Russell 33 pts, R Holland 32 pts, K Rhodes 31 pts and R Stinson 30 pts. Pin shots were received by W Hill & D Beazley while A Brown received the ladies. The Encouragement Award was received by A Stick while S Bailey received the Members Draw. Next week will be a stableford competition followed by Christmas Lunch and a Multi Draw Raffle.
Sporters:
The Sporters was washed out on Wednesday. This week the Sporters will be sponsored sponsored by G Hunt & T Russell playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. Next week will be the last competition for the year. This will be followed by Sporters AGM and Xmas Drinks.
Saturday:
Saturday was sponsored by G & Z Eviston, W Gnech & B Sampson playing a single stroke/monthly medal play off competition. The A Grade winner & the monthly medal winner was K Milligan with 63 net, runner up was A Heit with 72 net. B Grade winner was W Martin with 68 net, runner up B Pearce with 69 net. C Grade winner was G Grimsey with 70 net, runner up M Dickson with 72 net. The Ladies winner was D Wall with 67 net, runner up T Reid Pocock with 78 net. The ball run down went to W Gnech 69 net, J Gurney 70 net, S Lutter & S Bailey 73 net, followed by K Bridges & A Lutter 74 net and D Mortimer & S Brunjes 75 net. Pin Shots were received by A Lutter & D Wall on 4/13, J Townsend & K Turner received 8/17 while P Clark received 9/18. S Bailey & D Wall received the Accurate Drives. This week will be sponsored by Peak Pool Performance playing a single stableford/monthly mug play off competition. Next week will be a 4 Ball Ambrose competition sponsored by Tony Hollands Funerals. This will be a 12.30 shot gun start.
Pennants:
Our A Grade Pennants team played the final on Sunday but were not quite good enough on the day going down 7 to 2.
Sunday: Sunday we have a Social Club using all the buggies. Social play will be available after they have finished their round, ring the club to make a booking or for any further details.
