Due to the greens being coured there was no Veterans or Ladies, results this week. Sporters was washed out on Thursday. Next Monday the Veterans will play a stableford competition. This week Sporters are playing the Pub Day. Thursday the Ladies are playing their Open Day.
Saturday:
Saturday was a walkers only competition, as the course was too wet for buggies. We played a stableford competition for a club trophy. The winner was Z Marshall with 41 pts, runner up D Gehrke with 37 pts. The ball run down went to S Francis & G Clark 36 pts & M Weber 35 pts. Pin Shots were received by K Sawtell on 4/13, D Gehrke & A Tomlinson received 8/17 while M Herrington received 9/18. The Accurate Drives were received by W Gnech & A Tomlinson. This week will sponsored by The Butcher Co playing a single stroke competition. Next week will be Boonah Rotary Club Open Day playing a single stableford competition.
Pennants:
Our A Grade Pennants team had a win 6/3. B Spall won 5-4, J Townsend won 4-3, S Peell won 4-3. C Philp won 4-3, K Milligan won 2-1, B Gotke & B Lawrance squared their matches, K Wilson lost 1 down and H Perrem lost 5-4.
B Grade squared the day 2½-2½. T Alchin won 3-2, S Bailey lost 6-5, W Martin won 4-3, A Parker squared and M Herrington lost 3-2.
Sunday: We have a Social club this week using 8 of our carts, teeing off at 8 am. Social play may be available, ring the club to make a booking or for any further details.
