Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 36 players tee off playing a stableford competition. The winner was L Blunt with 37 pts, runner up S Kopelke ocb with 36 pts. The ball run down went to D Beazley 36 pts, W Cooper 35 pts followed by C Petrohilos & G Philp 34 pts and B Brown, J Gurney, D Forsyth & S Dennis 33 pts. The ladies winner was M Maynard with 37 pts, runner up M Kuhnemann with 35 pts. Both A Brown & S Kopelke received a ball in the run down. Pin Shots went to J Gurney & R Patrick for the men while E Meagher & K Cook received the ladies. The Encouragement Award went to R Holland while the Members Draw was jackpotted. Next week will be a 4BBB stableford competition against the Ipswich Vets.
Ladies:
Wednesday the ladies had 11 players play a single stableford competition, sponsored by C Wieland. The winner was S Grace with 42 pts, runner up A Brown with 37 pts. Both L Edwards & A Tomlinson received a ball in the run down. Both pin shot went to A Brown. The Accuracy Drive was won by K Cook. A Tomlinson was the Beryl Drady match play. Congratulations Anna.
Sporters:
This week the Sporters was sponsored by G Searle playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was M Gray with 27 pts, runner up A Lutter with 24 pts. The ball run down went to G Parker & J Handley with 23 pts. Pin shots were received by G Parker on 13, B Lawrance received 17 while A Lutter received 18. The Dugandan Dice winner was D Forsyth. This week will be sponsored by M Gray & BMK Homewares Kalbar playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. Next week will be sponsored by the Woolgar Family for the Wally Woolgar Trophy, playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Saturday:
Saturday was cancelled due to the Lock down. This week-end will be the Darvall Cup playing a stroke competition on both Saturday & Sunday. This is the start of booking on line to put your name down as there won’t be any timesheets at the club. Please ask for assistance if you need to log in. If you have booked in on line and can’t play please delete your name. Next week will be a stableford competition sponsored by R & G Philp.
