Veterans:
The Veterans had 29 players tee off for a stableford competition on Monday. The winner was N Casey ocb from runner up D Forsyth with 33 pts. The ball run down went to S Dennis & D Dann with 32 pts, and J Gurney, M Sim, G Hunt, L Blunt, B Lapworth & R Humphrey with 30 pts. The pin shots for the men went to S Dennis & P Lapworth while J Sippel & D Wall received the Ladies. The Encouragement Award went to R Fitzgerald while the Members Draw jackpotted. Next week will be a stableford competition
Ladies:
Wednesday the ladies played a Stableford competition, for Laraine Gurnetts’ trophy. The winner was K Cook ocb from runner up S Grace with 34 pts. This week will be a Single stroke/monthly medal competiton, sponsored by Glens’ Diner. This will now be a 9 am tee off time. The Beryl Drady Match play has now started with the draw in the ladies locker room. Next week will be a stableford competition, for Lesley Rhodes trophy. This will be round 4 of the Consistency Cup.
Sporters:
This week the Sporters was sponsored by G Lutter playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was B Beasley with 27 pts, runner up was M O’Reilly with 25 pts. Pin shots went to B May on 4, B Beasley received 8 while G Parker received 9. Brendon also had an Eagle on the 15. The Dugandan Dice winner was G Parker with 4 Aces. This week will be sponsored by J McGrath playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. Next week will be sponsored by S Fahey playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.

Saturday we played the Brain Child Open Day, playing a 4 ball Ambrose competition. Thanks to Michelle & Elaina for the day. The winners were J Lynch, K Milligan, A Parker & C Wilson ocb from S McKenzie, S Reid, J Wilson & A Tomlinson with 57& 7/8, followed by M Dickson, J & I Browning & T Grimshaw 58¾, and C Spaulding, R Bodley, J Rodger & S Fletcher 59&5/8. The ball run down went to B King, J Gurney, W Gnech & W Maudsley and J Leismann, B McNaulty, C Oleary & S Fitzpatrick 59&7/8, D Wall, K Turner, G Philp & B May 60½, Z Eviston, M Schubring, S Taylor & K Ward 61 net and S Bailey, B Lawrance, K Sawtell & R Eacott 61¾. Pin shots went to S Reid on 1/10, B Lawrance received 2/11, K Turner received 3/12, K Sawtell & V Sampson received 4/13, K Milligan received 5/14, J Browning received 6/15, R Patrick received 7/16, W Hill & D Kuhnemann received 8/17 while J Leisemann received 9/18.
