Veterans:
The Veterans eventually got to play a stableford competition on Monday. The winner ocb was P Moran from runner up M Gray. The ball run down went to R Stinson, C Petroholis, W Bodetti & R Holland 34 pts, followed by N Casey, M Hassan, G Hunt & K Rhodes 33 pts and D Dann, C Shannon & W Hill 32 pts. The Encouragement Award went to S Kopelke ocb, while the Members Draw jackpotted. Next week will be a stableford competition.
Ladies:
Wednesday the ladies played a stableford competition sponsored by The Vault. This was the 2nd round of the Consistency Cup. The winner was A Brown with 37 pts, runner up M Kuhnemann with 32 pts. The best front 9 was M Kuhnemann with 19 pts while the back 9 went to D Kuhnemann with 17 pts.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by W Wieland & A Stick playing a 4BBB stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winners were M Fitpatrick & R Scells with 33 pts, runners up were K Ward & B Lawrance with 30 pts. The ball run down went to G Hunt & R Stinson, C Shannon & B May and M Hassan & R Holland 29 pts, followed by W Gnech & W Maudsley, K Rhodes & M Gray, G Searle & L Vandenbrink and J Browning & R Brooks 28 pts. Pin Shot draws went to J Handley, M Hassan & R Brooks. The Dugandan Dice winner was M Crowther. This week the Sporters will be sponsored by M Weber from Peak Pool Performance playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. Next week will be sponsored by A Lutter from J R Plant Hire playing a 2 Ball Ambrose 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.
Friendly Friday:
Friendly Friday had 11 players tee off playing a stableford back 9 competition. The winner was D Mortimer with 19 pts, runner up M Crowther with 18 pts. R Stinson was awarded the NAGA.
Saturday:
Saturday we played a stableford/monthly mug competition sponsored by Brad & Alba. The winner was N Pellin ocb from runner up W Maudsley with 39 pts, followed by B Beasley ocb with 38 pts. The ball run down went to S Lutter 38 pts, G Parker 37 pts, R Eacott 35 pts, followed by W Martin, R Philp, S Bailey, G Grimsey, S Fahey, A Gill & C Philp 34 pts and J Browning, C Shannon, P Leath, M Gnech, B Freiberg, G Philp, J Robinson, W Hill, C Farnan & B Davey with 33 pts. The Ladies winner was Z Eviston with 37 pts, runner up K Cook with 32 pts. This week will be the Beasley Bash playing a single stroke competition. This will be the Anzac Day Cup, with a 12.30 shot gun start. Next week will be sponsored by Health With In playing a stableford competition.
Sunday: This week being Anzac Day the club will open at 1 pm if wanting a game of golf with a buggy.
