Veterans:
Monday the Verterans played a stableford competition. The winner was R Stinson with 38 pts, runner up K Turner with 37 pts. The run down went to K Kirgis 36 pts, G Philp & G Hunt 35 pts, A Swift 34 pts followed by R Holland, K Rhodes, C Petrohilos & D Dann 33 pts, S Kopolke 32 pts and D Forsyth, T Russell, M Gray, G Wellings & M Hassan 31 pts. The ladies runner up was K Cook 32 pts, followed by E Meagher 31 pts and M Maynard 29 pts. The Members Draw jackpotted while the Encouragement Award went to R Fitzgerald. Next week will be a stableford competition.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by R Scells playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 + 15 competition, for the John Allen Memorial. The winner was G Lutter with 45 net, runner up W Maudsley ocb with 46 net. The run down went to J Gurney 46 net, L Blunt & G Hunt 47 net, followed by K Rhodes & M Gray 49 net. The Dugandan Dice winner was W Wieland. Pin Shot draws went to G Searle, W Gnech & B Davey. The best gross for the day was W Maudsley. This week sporters will be sponsored by L Vandenbrink playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
