Veterans: The Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner was K Rhodes ocb from runner up C Petrohlos with 38 pts. The run down went P Cooper 37 pts, E Meagher 34 pts, D Forsyth 32 pts followed by G Philp & C Shannon 31 pts and WMartin & G Sorensen 30 pts. The Encouragement Award went to B May. Veterans have now been suspended until further notice.
Ladies: The winner on Wednesday was Kris Cook with 35 stableford points. The runner up was Maureen Maynard with 33 points. Other scores were Ellen Meagher 32, Jo McAntee and Vicki Bird 31, Linda Hooke 30, Nicki Mulligan and Di Kuhnemann 28, Margaret Kuhnemann 26, Jan Baulch 24, Anna Tomlinson 23. Linda won the pin on 4/13, Jo McAntee on 8/17 and Anna won the accuracy shot. There will be a time sheet on the board in the breeze way for you to put your names on. Can only play in twos and the conditions for the coronaviris are on the board in the ladies room. Because of the coronaviris there will be no meetings until further notice. Saturday: Saturday we played a single stroke/monthly medal competition sponsored by Oppy’s Fruit & Veg. Thanks for your continued support in these tough times. The winner was S Lutter with 67 net, runner up R Cuneo with 68 net. The run down went to B Lawrance 69 net, W Martin 71 net, S Bailey, B Brown & C Wilson 72 net followed by P Leath 73 net, R Anterson, P Gerhardt, G Lutter, K Sawtell & M Sullivan 74 net and A Bennett & R Brooks 75 net. The Ladies winner was A Tomlinson with 70 net, runner up K Turner with 73 net. The run down went E Meagher 74 net and M Kuhnemann 75 net. No pin shots or pro pins due to the caronavirus. The timesheets have been altered to space the groups out by 8 minutes, in groups of 2 only. Only 1 person per cart. This week will be a stableford competition for a club trophy. Sunday We have 18 hole and 9 hole comps running during the week and Sundays. Social play will be available ring the club to make a booking as we have strict regulations of play in leiu of the caronavirus.
