Veterans: The Veterans had 19 players tee off for a stableford competition. The winner was T Lynch with 35 pts, runner up K Kirgis with 34 pts ocb from W Martin. The run down continued with C Petrohilos 32 pts and G Hunt & M Gray 31 pts. Pin shots were received by T Lynch & G Philp while M Maynard & J Sippel received Tomorrow is Fassifern Open Day, playing a stableford competition. Next week will be a stableford competition.
Ladies: Last Wednesday we had 14 players who played for a club trophy and this was won by Anna Tomlinson with 34 stableford points. Runner up on a count back was Nicki Mulligan from Jo McAntee both having 33 points. Other scores were E Meagher 29, V Bird 28, and on 27 was K Cook, M Kuhnemann and M Tress followed by L Hooke and D Kuhnemann 26, J Edwards 25, M Maynard 22, J Sippel 19 and J Baulch 18. Nearest the pins were received by V Bird on 4/13 and J Baulch 8/17. E Meagher won the accuracy shot. Next Wednesday is a Monthly Medal stroke and putting for Boonah Hair Shine trophy. Sunday: Sunday “Go Girls” monthly day out was won by Nicki Mulligan with the grand score of 26 stableford points. The fun competition was a single stableford with a “mulligan” allowed on every green. Runner-up was Bernice Dover on 22, Jo Mc Antee 21, Ellen Meagher 18, Lindy Reinholdsson and Vicki Bird 15 and other players were Anna Tomlinson, Janet Wilson and Barb Hamilton. The players without a handicap were Vicki Sampson who scored 16 points and Janelle Windolf 13. Pin shot went to Vicki Bird This week we have 2 Social Clubs, using all the buggies.
