Ladies
Wednesday saw 8 players tee off for Shelagh Zimmers Trophy who sadly passed away earlier this year. The winner was M Kuhnemann with 38 pts, runner up her sister M Maynard with 33 pts. J Baulch, J Pfingst & A Brown all received a ball in the rundown. The pinshots were received by L Hooke & M Kuhnemann. J Edwards had a Chip In on 11. This week will be a stroke & putting competition for Arthur Clives Trophy. This will also be the 3rd round of WGQ Brooch and the 2nd round of International Bowl competitions. Next week will be a stableford competition sponsored by J Pfingst & J Briant.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by G Lutter playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was actually Lou himself with 30 pts who relinguished the prize to G Parker with 27 pts, followed by R Cuneo 26 pts. Pinshots were received by J Gillett on 4, L Vandenbrink received 8 while R Cuneo received 9. The Dugie dice winner was B Sampson. This week will be sponsored by J McGrath playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. Next week will be sponsored by G J Gardner Homes (S Fahey) playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.
Friendly Friday
We had 18 players tee off playing a stroke front 9 competition. The winner was B May with 29 net, runner up L Hooke 30 net, followed by K Kirgis ocb from B Hamilton with 31 net. The rundown went to M Weber, S Riley & J Lynch 32 net, followed by R Brooks 33 net, J Handley 34 net, R Eacott & M Hassan 35 net. The pinshot was received by B King while M Schubring received the NAGA. Friendly Fridays will now be teeing off at 2.30.

The ladies winner was K Turner with 34 pts, runner up J Sippel 33 pts. The rundown went to J Baulch, J McAntee & K Cook with 32 pts. B King had an Eagle on 3.
