Sporters
Wednesday the sporters played a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 +15 competition for a club trophy. The winner was J McGrath with 29 pts, runner up L Vandenbrink 27 pts ocb from K Kirgis & K Rhodes. The run down continued with M Maudsley 25 pts and E Newlove 24 pts. The pin shots were received by M O’Reilly on 4 while L Blunt received 8. The Dugandan Dice sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was received by B Davey. Sporters will have a break now until the 10th January but will continue with a friendly game on Wednesday afternoons.

Saturday
Saturday we played a stableford competition for a club trophy. The winner with 43 pts was K Sawtell, runner up I Browning with 41 pts. The ladies winner was D Wall with 34 pts, runner up K Drahiem with 30 pts. The run down went to J Browning, W Martin & V Christensen 39 pts, G Chapman, K Wilson, J Yates & S Francis 37 pts followed by G Philp & D Ryan 36 pts. Pin shots: I Browning & D Wall received 4/13, G Chapman & A Leary received 8/17 while C More received 9/18. The Pro Pin on 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf and currently held by B Beasley with 1.3m. The Pro Pin on 17 is sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery and currently held by M Gnech with 3.6m. The Money Pins were received by K Wilson & K Sawtell. Next week will be club trophy before the Opening Day sponsored by BP Boonah on the 6th January followed by Boonah Hydrotheraphy Open Day playing a 2 Ball Ambrose on the 13th January. Sunday
No Social Club this week you can tee off at any time though the clubhouse will only open at 8.30 if wanting a buggy. Don’t forget Putt Putt will start on the 7th January. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Safe New Year.
