Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by B Brown playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was R Stinson with 28 pts, runner up J Lynch 26 pts. The run down went to J Handley 25 pts and J Potter 24 pts. The pin shots were received by D Webster on 13 while J Lynch received 18. The Dugandan Dice sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was received by J Gillett. Sporters will have a break now until next year but will continue with a friendly game on Wednesday afternoons.
Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 23 players tee off playing a stableford back 9 competition. The winner was J Handley ocb from runner up G Ball with 21 pts, followed by R Fitzgerald 20 pts ocb from K Reinholdsson. The run down continued with S Riley 19 pts and V Christensen, P King & R Eacott 18 pts. The pin shot was received by J Lynch while the NAGA was received by B Lynch. This week will be a stableford back 9 competition teeing off at 3 pm. See you all then.

Saturday we played the Firies Open Day. The Overall winner was J Handley with 43 pts. The A Grade winner was R Cuneo 42 pts, runner up P King 38 pts, followed by G Maynard 37 pts and K Wilson 36 pts. B Grade winner was R Brooks with 40 pts. runner up P Dadds with 39 pts ocb from I Browning followed by B Philp 36 pts and M Gnech 35 pts. C Grade winner was J Buganey with 38 pts, runner up P Rabbitt with 37 pts ocb from K Eugarde & M Surawski followed by N Hooke 36 pts. The ladies winner was K Turner with 38 pts, runner up J Pfingst with 35 pts followed by A Leary 33 pts, L Edwards 32 pts and J McAntee 31 pts. The Social winner was N Dieckmann with 65 net, runner up S Lutter 69 net. The ladies Social winner was Narelle. The run down went to W Gnech, B May, B Beasley & J Yates 36 pts, followed by W Maudsley, G Philp and R Eacott 35 pts. Pin shots: J McAntee received both 1/10 & 8/17, M Hassan received 2/11, G Philp received 3/12, B Gotke & A Leary received 4/13, W Maudsley received 5/14, M Simpson received 6/15, C Moncada received 7/16, B Beasley received 8/17 while G Lutter received 9/18.
