Ladies
Meryl Tress had the best score (35 which was playing to her handicap) last week and as it was her trophy Jenny Briant received the prize with the score of 34 stableford points. Well done Jenny and thanks to Meryl for supporting the day. Other scores were Jan Baulch 32, Linda Edwards 31, Marg Kuhnemann and Jill Pfingst 29, Anne Brown and Linda Hooke 27 and other players were Jan Edwards and Maureen Maynard who was “madam golfer”. Meryl had a very good shot onto the 4th to win that pin shot and Jan Baulch was closest on 8/17. Our AGM is at 1.00 pm today after our final competition for the year which is sponsored by Vicki Bird and on Saturday 18th come along to the Annual Club Dinner. Please book a table as it is to be a special evening. We have our “fun day” next Wednesday and the closing day lunch the week after.

Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Les Blunt playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was D Forsyth with 31 pts, runner up G Searle with 30 pts, followed by R Wilkie with 27 pts. Pin shots were received by D Beazley on 4, J Handley received 8 while S Bailey received 9. The Dugandan Dice sponsored by the Dugandan Hotel was received by E Newlove. Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 18 players tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was M Hassan with 23 pts, runner up was P King 21 pts, followed by J Sippel with 20 pts ocb. The run down went to W Martin & J Handley 20 pts, G Philp, R Eacott, B Brown, K Sawtell 19 pts followed by J Browning 18 pts. Pin shot was received by P King while K Reinholdsson received the NAGA.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by the Boonah Veterans playing a single stroke/monthly medal competition. The A Grade winner was P King with 69 net, runner up S Bailey 70 net. B Grade winner was G Ball 68 net, runner up S Francis 70 net, C Grade winner & monthly medal winner was J Gillett with 68 net, runner up J Buganey 69 net. The ladies winner was J Sippel with 69 net, runner up J McAntee ocb with 72 net.
