Ladies
Last Wednesday the girls played for a club voucher and it was great to have our new member Ellen Maegher the winner with 35 stableford points. Well done Ellen. Runner-up was Jo McAntee with 31. Other scores were Juleen Sippel 30, Linda Edwards and Anne Brown 29; Jan Baulch 25, so too Kris Cook. Another new player, Nikki Mulligan has returned her first competition score – room for improvement Nikki but that will come in due course. Fran Licciardo, Linda Hooke and Lesley Rhodes played 9 holes. Kris had 2 “chip ins” on consecutive holes and also won the nearest the pin on 1/10 and 4/13 and the pin shot on 8/17 was shared by Ellen and Linda Hooke as they were the same distance from the hole. Mention must be made of the 79 gross score returned by Jo McAntee on Saturday which has now set the bench mark for the best gross and best nett (67) for the year. Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Joe Dover playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner was G Eviston with 29 pts, runner up K Rhodes with 27 pts ocb. The run down went to G Parker & J Browning 27 pts, M O’Reilly 26 pts and M Maudsley 24 ps. Pin shots were received by K Rhodes on 13, G Parker received 17 while S Edwards received 18. Friendly Friday
Friendly Fridays had 19 players tee of playing a stroke back 9 competition. The winner was R Brooks with 29 net, runner up L Rhodes 33 net ocb from S Riley & S Edwards..

Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by B Freiberg, A Bennett, W Jackson & B Gotke playing a stableford competition. The A Grade winner was C Philp with 35 pts ocb from runner up G Balharry. The B Grade winner was S O’Connell with 42 pts, runner up M Gnech 40 pts. The C Grade winner was D Gittens 40 pts, runner up C Shannon 39 pts. The Ladies winner was A Brown with 38 pts, runner up K Cook 35 pts. The run down went to G Philp 39 pts, P Dadds 38 pts, B Spranklin 37 pts, followed by D Ryan, R Eacott & D Forsyth 36 pts and V Christensen, C Wilson, R Humphrey, R Brooks, S Francis & B Philp 35 pts.
