Veterans
The Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner was P Maurer with 42 pts, runner up B Hall 40 pts, followed by M Hassan ocb with 36 pts. The rundown went to F Brophy 36 pts, J Doherty 34 pts, A Featherstone 32 pts, followed by W Martin, K Rhodes, G Sorensen, G Noe & J Potter with 31 pts. Pinshots were received by V Christensen on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by K Chivers. The NAGA was received by B Cunningham.
Ladies
The ladies played a stableford competition for G Buganeys’ trophy. The winner was J Edwards with 39 pts, runner up with S Edwards with 37 pts, followed by A Brown 36 pts and BPodlich, G Buganey & M Maynard 31 pts. Pin shots were received by S Edwards on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by M Maynard. Thanks to the Australian Hotel for their continued support. This Wednesday we will be playing a stableford competition for A Learys’ trophy. Next Wednesday will be a Monthly Medal/ stroke & putting competition. This will be the 3rd round of WGQ Brooch as well as the 2nd round of International Bowl.

Saturday we played the 3rd round of our Championships sponsored by President R Fitzgerald. The winner was K Wilson with 61net, runner up S Edwards with 67 net, The rundown went to S Francis, A Heit & M Surawski 69 net, A Stick, B Lawrance & K Eugarde 70 net followed by P King, R Brooks, V Riley & M Simpson 71 net and G Miller, C Perrem & D Mortimer 72 net. J McGrath had an Eagle on the 1st hole. Pin shots were received by G Maynard & A Brown on 4/13, 8/17 was received by L Blunt & M Kuhnemann while 9/18 was received by A Heit.
