Veterans
Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner was J Potter with 42 pts, runner up V Christensen 39 pts. The run down went to B Brown & V Riley 37 pts, followed by K Rhodes & G Sorenson 36 pts, V Wilson & A Brown 35 pts and R Fitzgerald & W Martin 34 pts. Nearest the pins were received by P Cooper & A Brown on 4/13 while S Edwards & A Brown received 8/17. The Encouragement Award was received by M Hassan while C Shannon received the Membership Draw.
Ladies
Wednesday the ladies played a stroke/monthly medal competition for a club trophy. The winner was L Hooke with 71 net, runner up A Brown ocb from L Edwards with 73 net. Both pin shots were received by A Leary. Thanks to the Australian Hotel for their continued support. This Wednesday is will be Di Vaughans trophy playing a stableford competition. Next Wednesday will be C Wielands’ trophy playing another stableford competition.

Friendly Fridays’ had 23 golfers tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was M Crowther ocb from runner up R Brooks with 22 pts, followed by S Edwards 21 pts ocb. The run down went to L Edwards & A Heit 21 pts, followed by J Handley & D Ryan 19 pts and A Leary, K Rhodes, G Eviston & B May 18 pts. The pin shot was received by G Lutter.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by R W Ramsey playing a stroke/monthly medal competition. The A Grade winner was S Fahey ocb from runner up G Parker with 68 net, followed by N Toohey 70 net. B Grade winner & Monthly Medal winner was J Comp with 67 net, runner up B Lawrance ocb from M Hassan with 72 net. C Grade winner was R Wilkie ocb from runner up S O’Connell with 68 net, followed by S Edwards ocb with 69 net. The run down went to N Hooke 69 net, J McGrath 71 net, W Gnech & P McNiven 72 net, followed by C Perrem & A Stick 73 net and A Gill, T Lynch, P Manitta, C Shannon, G Philp, L Blunt, V Christenden, S Francis and D Ryan all with 74 net. The best gross for the day was received by S Fahey with 71 off the stick. A Gill had an Eagle on 6. The ladies winner was L Edwards with 71 net, runner up Z Eviston with 73 net followed by A Brown 75 net.
