Wednesday the sporters was sponsored by D Webster playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner was G Eviston with 28 pts, runner up A Stick ocb from W Martin with 27 pts. The run down went to M Crowther, L Blunt & M Weber 26 pts and J Potter, J McGrath & G Searle 25 pts. Pin shots were received by G Eviston on 13, G Parker received 17 while A Featherstone received 18. The Dugandan Dice winner this week was M McGarrity. This week will be sponsored by S Pfeffer playing a stablford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Next week will be sponsored by S Bennett playing a stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6.
Friendly Fridays’
Friendly Fridays’ had 20 golfers tee off playing a stroke back 9 competition for the Big Money Day. The winner was T Alchin with 30 net, runner up R Brooks with 31 net followed by M Hassan with 33 net ocb. The pin shots were received by S Fahey on both 13 & 17 while R Fitzgerald received 18. The best gross for the day was received by A Heit with 38 off the stick, while C Greet received the NAGA. This week we are still teeing off at 2.45. Be there at 2.30 to have your name down.

Saturday we played the Boonah Rotary Club Open Day. The Overall Winner was N Lee with 44 pts. The A Grade winner was A Gill 40 pts, runner up B May 39 pts, followed by A Heit, W Gnech & B Gotke with 37 pts ocb . The B Grade winner was S Bailey with 41 pts, runner up T Alchin 40 pts, followed by C Perrem & L Blunt 39 pts, D Mortimer & R Brooks 38 pts & G Philp 36 pts. C Grade winner was L Vandenbrink ocb from runner up M Simpson with 37 pts, followed by C Wilson 36 pts, K Eugarde, N Hooke & M Surawski 35 pts and V Riley 34 pts. The ladies winner was J Baulch with 35 pts, runner up A Brown 34 pts, followed by K Cook 33 pts and K Turner 30 pts. The Social Winner was B Beasley 72 net, runner up J Beasley 73 net, followed by F Hughes 74 net. Pin shots were recieved by W Gnech on 1/10, 2/11 was received by M Bell, A Heit received 3/12, T Grimshaw, K Dover & L Hooke on 4/13, S Brunjes received 5/14, S Lutter received 6/15, B Beasley received 7/16, M Bell, B Beasley, A Brown & K Turner received 8/17, while D Mortimer received 9/18. The Pro Pin on no 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf and won by S Mudde with 83 cm. The Sugarloaf Bakery Pro Pin on 17 was won by J Browning with 1.51m. Sunday we had a 4Ball Ambrose Charity Day with funds raised going to the Australian Wolf Hirschhorne Syndrome. Great Day had by all. This Sunday we have a small social club teeing off at 8 am. You will be able to play amongst them if wanting a game. Ring the club for further details.
