Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by BP Boonah playing a stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was M O’Reilly ocb from runner up M McGarrity and S Edwards with 27 pts. The run down continued with A Browning 26 pts, J Browning, L Vandenbrink & R Maudsley with 25 pts and M Sim 24 pts. Pin shots were received by J McGrath on 4, J Handley received 8, while S Fahey received 9. The Dugandan dice winner was W Hall. This week will be sponsored James Dover from FIS Insurance Brokers. Friendly Fridays’
Friendly Fridays’ had a record 29 players tee off, playing a stableford back 9 competiton. The winner was M Crowther ocb from runner up J Browning with 23 pts, followed by W Martin, T Alchin & B Hutchinson with 22 pts. The pin shot was received by J Browning. This week we will be teeing off at 2.45. Be there at 2.30 to have your name down.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by Dover & Sons playing the Noel Dover Memorial and playing a stableford/ Monthly Mug competition. The A Grade winner & Monthly Mug winner was S Fahey with 45 pts (this was a 69 off the stick for Simon. Congratulations), runner up P King & W Maudsley with 38 pts. The B. Grade winner was B Davey ocb from S O’Connell with 39 pts, followed by L Blunt ocb with 38 pts. The C Grade winner was K Rhodes with 38 pts, runner up M O’Reilly 37 pts, followed by M Surawski 35 pts. The rundown went to M Bell 38 pts, M Hassan & A Gill 37 pts, R. Eacott 36 pts and J McGrath, W Gnech, B May, G Sellick & J Handley 35 pts. The Ladies winner was L Edwards with 38 pts, runner up D Wall 37 pts followed by J Baulch 35 pts. Pin shots were received by P Dadds & J Baulch on 4/13, C Shannon & K Turner received 8/17 while W Maudsley received 9/18. The Pro Pin on no 4 is sponsored by Drummond Golf and current held by J Baulch with 2.7m. The Sugarloaf Bakery Pro Pin on 17 is currently held by T Grimshaw with 52 cm.
