Wednesday sporters was sponsored by Prosteam playing a 18 hole stableford competition The winner was R. Scells with 44 pts, runner up W. Hall 41 pts, followed by S. Fahey ocb 40 pts with an Eagle on 2. The rundown went to M. Hassan 40 pts, followed by G. Parker 39 pts, W. Maudsley, N. Hooke & W. Wieland 37 pts and B. May, G. Searle & D. Forsyth 36 pts. Thanks to the Dugandan Hotel for their sponsorship of the Dice, this week won by T. Alchin. Pin shots were received by G. Parker on 4/13, 8/17 was received by B. Sampson while 9/18 went to T. Alchin. This week will be sponsored PFS Real Estate playing a 2 Ball Ambrose 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Next week will be sponsored by P. Ward playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. Due to the Sporters AGM & Christmas Drinks on the 10/12/14 the Championships will be played on the 26/11/14 & 3/12/14.

Friendly Friday’s had 16 players tee off for their Big Money Day playing a stroke back 9 competition. The winner was R. Featherstone with 31 net, runner up S. Fahey 32 net followed by P. King 34 net. The nearest the pins were received by P. King, M. Weber & S. Fahey. Summer times have now kicked in so be there 2.45 for a tee off at 3 pm. See you all there……………….

Grade winner was I. Browning 65 net, runner up T. Alchin 67 net, followed by M. McGarrity & A. Stick with 70 net. The ball run down went to M. Surawski 70 net, K. Rhodes, J. Buganey, D. Bond & J. McGrath 71 net, followed by P. King & F. Johnson 72 net and M. Gnech, B. May, G. Balharry, E. Kelly, J. Browning, R. Philp, W. Hall & M. Weber all with 73 net. The ladies winner was J.
