Wednesday the sporters was sponsored by G. Sippel playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The winner was B. Sampson with 43 net, runner up R. Brooks with 44 pts. The run down went to J. Gillett & S. Edwards 45 net, W. Wieland 46 net followed by N. Hooke, & R. Cuneo 47 net, B. May & R. Fitzgerald 48 net and W. Hall & T. Lynch 49 net. Pin shots were received by W. Gnech on 4, 8 was received by A. Featherstone, while G. Parker received 9. The best gross for the day went to B. May with 53 off the stick. Thanks to the Dugandan Hotel for their sponsorship of the Dice, this week won by M. Friendly Friday
Friendly Friday’s had 14 people tee off playing a stableford front 9 competition. The winner was K. Cook ocb from runner up B. Jones and K. Reinholdsson with 20 pts. Saturday was a Club Trophy. The winner with 64 net was A. Faux, runner up B. Gotke 69 net. The run down went J. Lynch & G. Parker 71 net, A. Heit 73 net and R. Brooks, T. Alchin, K. Cook and V. Christensen 75 net. Pin shots were received by V. Christensen on 4/13, B. Gotke received 8/17 ladies K. Cook and M. Murray received 9/18. The pro pin on the 4th hole is sponsored by Drummond Golf. The pro pin on the 17th sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently held by M. Frohmuller with 1.81m. This week will be the Lions Open Day, this will be 2 shotgun starts. Next week will Peak Pool Performance playing a stroke/monthly medal competition, this will be the next round of the Pro Steam Cup.
