Sporters
Wednesday the sporters played the Wally Woolgar’s Trophy, playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner with 29 pts was G. Sorensen, runner up A. Stick ocb from T. Lynch & B. Hutchinson with 28 pts. The run down continued with R. Fitzgerald 27 pts, M. McGarrity & D. Forsyth 26 pts, followed by G. Eviston 25 pts and M. O’Reilly & G. Parker with 24 pts. The pin shots were received by G. Eviston on 13, T. Lynch received 17 while 18 was received by J. Smith. The Dugandan Dice winner this week was S. Fahey. (Thanks to the Dugandan for their sponsorship). This week will be sponsored by G. Sippel playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. Friendly Friday
The Friendly Friday’s had 8 players, playing a stableford 10-18 competition. The winner was C. Greet with 22 pts, runner up R. Fitzgerald 21 pts, followed by G. Eviston 20 pts and M. McGarrity with 18 pts. Come along and enjoy an afternoon of playing 9 holes…………… See you all there.
Saturday
Saturday was sponsored by Beaudesert Softdrinks playing a stableford competition. The winner with 42 pts was J. Browning, runner up J. Cox with 41 pts, followed by M. O’Reilly, P. King and S. Mudde with 39 pts and M. Simpson with 38 pts. The run down went to B. Lingard, T. Lynch, W. Gnech, J. Comp and M. Surawski with 37 pts, followed by A. Holt, B. Freiberg, P. Dadds, P. McNiven & R. Philp with 36 pts. The ladies winner was L. Vulgar with 37 pts, runners up K. Turner and T. Quinn. The pin shots were received by A. Bennett on 4/13 the ladies K. Turner, 8/17 was received by B. May, the ladies K. Turner and 9/18 was received by D. Forsyth. The pro pin sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently held by D. Forsyth with 2.61 m. This week will be sponsored by S. & L. Sunday
No Social club this week, chookies and social players are able to tee off at anytime if walking, if requiring a cart the clubhouse will open at 8.30.
