Monday the veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 43 pts was D. Gittens runner up K. Cook 38 pts ocb from P. Sheffield. The run down continued with A. Holt 35 pts and T. Lynch 34 pts. Pin shots were received by J. Edwards on 4/13, 8/17 was received by J. Potter, while the ladies was received by J. Edwards. The Encouragement Award went to I. Smith & the Membership draw jackpotted.
Ladies
Wednesday the ladies was sponsored by F. Licciardo. The winner with 34 pts was Z. Eviston, runner up J. Baulch 32 pts followed A. Brown 28 pts. The pin shots were received by Miss Skinner on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by A. Brown.
Sporters
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Hal Gwynne playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner was G. Sorenson 28 pts, runner up ocb was W. Maudsley from B. May with 27 pts, followed by B. Hutchinson 25 pts and G. Eviston 24 pts. Nearest the pins were received by G. Sippel on 13, W. Maudsley received 17, while T. Farmers received 18. This week will be sponsored by J. Balharry, D. Mortimer & B. May 72 net followed by G. Philp with 73 net. The ladies winner was K. Cook with 69 net, runner up A. Brown 71 net. The pin shots were received by J. Smith with a hole in one on 4/13 while the ladies was D. Wall, 8/17 was received by A. Hertweck while the ladies was received by J. Edwards, and 9/18 was received by J. Worley.
