Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 40 pts was R. Parnell, runner up G. Sorenson 36 pts. The rundown went to A. Pritchard & C. Greet 34 pts, J. Arthur 33 pts and R. Sheffield 32 pts. The ntp’s were received by A. Pritchard on 4/13, 8/17 R. Parnell while the ladies was received by Kris Cook.
Ladies
Last week the ladies played a club trophy playing a stableford competition. The winner was Jan Edwards, runner up M. Maynard. This week is sponsored by K. Cook playing a 3 stick trophy.
Sporters
Wednesday the sporters was sponsored by M. O’Reilly playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner with 27 pts was J. Lynch, runner up R. Brooks 24 pts. The run down went to G. Parker, W. Hall & B. Hutchinson. Nearest the pins were received by D. Webster on 13, A. Skinner 17 while W. Hall received 18. This week will be sponsored by Joe Dover playing 18 holes of stableford competition with Shotgun start at 1pm. Next week will be sponsored by M. McGarrity playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6.
Friendly Friday
Friday there were 10 players playing a stableford 10-18 competition. The winner was J. Browning with 20 pts, runner up M. Weber 17 pts, followed by A. Heit 16 pts & R. Brooks 15 pts. The pin shot was won by J. Browning. Come along and play a friendly 9 holes, teeing off at 3 pm……………..See you there.

Saturday we played a stableford competition sponsored by W. Jackson, B, Freiberg & A. Bennett. The A Grade winner was F. Johnson on a countback from runner up R. Cuneo followed by B. May all with 39 pts. B. Grade winner was D. Forsyth with 36 pts, runner up G. Philp on a count back from A. Featherstone with 34 pts. C. Grade winner was M. O’Reilly 36 pts, runner up K. Eugarde 34 pts followed by M. Simpson 33 pts. The run down went to W. Gnech 38 pts, J. McGrath 37 pts, J. Browning, A. Gill and B. Carter 36 pts followed by A. Bennett and M. Carter 35 pts. The ntp’s were received D. Forsyth 4/13 the ladies G. Buganey, D. Forsyth received 8/17, while B. Freiberg received 9/18. The pro pin sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery is currently held by P. Manitta 1.1 m. This Saturday is sponsored by R. W. Ramsey playing a stroke/monthly medal. The Pro Steam Cup will start on this day (check out the playing conditions at the club).
